The Police یک گروه موسیقی راک انگلیسی است که در اواخر دهه ۱۹۷۰ شکل گرفت و از برجستهترین و تأثیرگذارترین گروههای آن دوره به شمار میآید. اعضای اصلی گروه عبارت بودند از استینگ (خواننده و نوازنده باس)، اندی سامرز (گیتاریست) و استیو هریس (درامر).
